NOTE - Following the Presidents' Meeting, the Council will provide an overview of the interaction between the Council and local unions for newer Local Union Presidents. Discussion will include the process the Council uses for Step IIIs, Mediation, Arbitration and Presidential Hearings. All Local Presidents are welcome to attend - lunch will be provided.
