The Region IV Education Conference will be held August 6, 7 and 8, 2009, at the:

When calling for reservations, identify yourself as a member of the Utility Workers Union of America, attending the UWUA 2009 Region IV Conference, and you will receive a special room rate of $179.00 plus tax per night, single or double occupancy.  The cut off date for the special rate is July 17, 2009.

Valet parking, with in and out privileges, is available in the hotel garage for $48.00 per day.

We are planning to convene at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 6, and continue until the completion of business on Saturday, August 8 (approximately noon).  Since the meeting will start in the morning, arrival on August 5 is recommended.  The National Union will host a dinner on Thursday evening.

Please help us plan the conference effectively by returning the attendance forms that were mailed to you to the National Office by no later than July 6, 2009.
